Orders typically ship within 7 business days, when it leaves our hands and the 🚚 takes over it typically takes them between 2 & 5 business days to get it to you. All this of course based on best estimates 😊 

 

1. Damages and Manufacturing Defects

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, upon verification we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

• Report Window: You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.

• How to Claim: Email our support team support@mercuryagresources.com with your order number and attach clear photos showing the defect, the sizing tag, and the shipping packaging along with anything else we should know.

• Product Returns: Please do not mail defective items back to us. Once your photo proof is verified, we will be in contact with next steps.

 

2. Buyer’s Remorse, Incorrect Sizing, and Color Choices

Because every single product on our store is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or choose the wrong color.

• We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

• Once an order goes into production, we cannot change or cancel it.

 

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Incorrect Address: If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

• Marked as Delivered: We are not responsible packages after they leave our production location, or for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier marks them as successfully delivered.
